Oct 5, 2018Overall only one song manages to be decent, which would have to be GaGa's cover of the classic "La Vie En Rose". The other songs are just a screaming disaster with unpolished vocals. This soundtrack really showcases GaGa's inability to write good music. Sadly, even Bradley's songs don't do much, even though his voice is much more pleasing than GaGa's.

Oct 10, 2018every songs sounds the same or like a mariah carey reject ...the only decent song " i will never love again " sounds like r kellys "i believe i can fly " which a dose of whitney houstens bodyguard soundtrack ...nothing new or original here ...also bradleys solo songs are not good either ..sorry this is a below average soundtrack for a hugely overrated remake ...

Oct 11, 2018Listened today and couldn't believe how awful and depressing it was. Only 4 good tracks out of 19. The rest are just annoying dialogues. Avoid at ALL costs.

the album is stuffed with banal, forced songs, with a text that wants to wink at Whitney and Celine without succeeding. -

Oct 10, 2018There’s undoubtedly a strong 10-song album lodged at the core of A Star Is Born, but unlike the film, wherein an outsized sense of sentimentality is rendered affecting by the more grounded performances, there’s not nearly enough substance here to justify all the bombast.
