    Already sounds like a classic album, there are so many great songs, some of them the bests of Gaga's catalog. Highlights: Shallow, Before I Cry, Is That Alright? and Always Remember us This way. Even the more pop songs of Ally are good and fun to hear what includes bops like Hair Body Face and Heal Me. But the ballads are the masterpieces of the album. It's a Gaga classic and probably theAlready sounds like a classic album, there are so many great songs, some of them the bests of Gaga's catalog.     As a soundtrack, this is one of the most enjoyable I've ever heard. The music itself being a character in the film. So much so, that the dialogue is perfectly suited in between each song, almost as if you're watching the film in your head. Bradley Cooper revealing a surprising vocal capability that honestly makes me itch for more music from him. As Gaga has famously said in manyAs a soundtrack, this is one of the most enjoyable I've ever heard. The music itself being a character in the film. So much so, that the dialogue is perfectly suited in between each song, almost as if you're watching the film in your head. Bradley Cooper revealing a surprising vocal capability that honestly makes me itch for more music from him. As Gaga has famously said in many interviews, Bradley's voice is able to reach a level of substance and depth many ARTISTS haven't even accomplished. Lady Gaga delivers some of the best material of her career, with absolute modern classics such as "Shallow", "Is That Alright", "Always Remember Us This Way" and the already iconic and heartbreaking "I'll Never Love Again", possibly Gaga's greatest and most iconic song to date. Gaga also delivering some fantastic pop tracks, such as "Look What I Found", "Before I Cry" and the generic but yet infectious "Why Did You Do That", "Hair Body Face" and "Heal Me."
    Perhaps some of the most powerful and impressive tracks on the album for me are the albums featuring both Gaga and Cooper, as their energies and vocals blend together angelically. "Music to My Eyes" being a beautifully mastered country pop ballad, Cooper's vocals having a similar sound to Red Hot Chili Peppers's Anthony Kiedis; Their most capturing and transcending performance together, apart from "Shallow", for me, must be "I Don't Know What Love Is" which bares a beautifully, classic sound that's reminiscent to a 70's love song. As for Oscar contenders for Best Original Song, it would be very hard to choose, as any of these songs could fit perfectly in that category, apart from the songs that in the film, are portrayed to be Ally's "generic" pop songs. My picks would be "I'll Never Love Again", "I Don't Know What Love Is", "Black Eyes", "Is That Alright?" and "Always Remember Us This Way." A beautiful collection of songs. As I said before, perhaps some of Gaga's most brilliantly powerful and soul crushing tracks to date. This generation's queen of beautiful, classic ballads. She's done it again, and Bradley has shown himself to be not only an astounding director, but also songwriter and vocalist. What can't he do?    … Expand

    Bradley and (especially) Gaga's vocals shine throughout this OST. The production and lyrics are amazing, and the songs also have a good flow of emotions which directly mirrors the film experience.

    The chemistry of the couple is perfect and the songs are incredibly beautiful, hopefully the roles of Gaga and Cooper have the recognition they deserve, as it is noticeable the delivery they have made to their characters, a true story of love and drama

    Beautiful soundtrack, the album has an explosion of rhythms and yet it sounds cohesive, the songs complete and help in the composition of the story, surely deserves to be heard from beginning to end, especially the ballads beautifully sung by Gaga.

    I really love this soundtrack. Gaga and Bradley are amazing. This soundtrack is so faithful to the movie, it's like a second journey, the movie being the first. The dialogs are helping so much with the experience. Gaga's voice is extraordinary and Bradley's too, I never thought he could sing like that!

    I knew the music was good when I went to see the movie during pre screening which was a Tuesday. However, once the soundtrack was released on Friday and I had a good listen to each and every song, I went back to the movie theater and watched it all over again. It is THAT good.

    Standout tracks: 'I'll Never Love Again' (Lady Gaga) is an instant timeless heartbreak classic. 'Maybe It's Time' (Bradley Cooper) is a positive message for anyone fighting addiction. I find it very inspirational in a personal way. The song immediately 'connected' with my soul. 'Is That Alright?' (Lady Gaga) - oh my gosh! I'd like to play this song on my wedding. A love song without hiding honest feelings. 'Always Remember Us This Way' is a catchy ballad serving Elton John vibes. Since 'Shallow' is the #1 song worldwide for 8 days straight already, I don't have to expand on that. It's a song adored by music fans and will be stuck in your head for a long time.

    Songs with a pop twist - 'Heal Me', 'Hair Body Face' and 'Why Did You Do That?' - are not too shabby either. Bradley rocks in 'Black Eyes' and 'Alibi'.

    The soundtrack is neatly compiled and the dialogue in between the tracks provide a true cinematic-musical vibe. Congratulations to Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, also every producer and songwriter part of this project. May 'A Star Is Born' soar!    … Expand

The transition from Bradley's "Black eyes", performed in the best country/rock tradition , to Gaga's truly heart-touching ballads including "Is That Alright'', ''Always Remember Us This Way'' and masterpiece ''I'll Never Love Again'' is organic and really good-story-telling. Also switching genres is very typical for Gaga,The soundtrack catches our attention from the very beginning. The transition from Bradley's "Black eyes", performed in the best country/rock tradition , to Gaga's truly heart-touching ballads including "Is That Alright'', ''Always Remember Us This Way'' and masterpiece ''I'll Never Love Again'' is organic and really good-story-telling.     She's unstoppable and is so incredible to see how she has been reinventing the music. She come in 2018 with this album full of joy and trulyness. You won't see LG doing the same thing, she'll take all your expectations and took this in another level. Great soundtrack and is totally valid say that Bradley Cooper are also amazing in his solos and the both are AMAZING on duos.

    O filme ainda não estreou no Brasil, por isso ainda não tive a oportunidade de assistí-lo, porém, já ouvi a soundtrack pelo Spotify e comprei a trilha pela Regards e posso declarar com absoluta certeza de que é incrível, não tem como dar uma nota inferior a essa. Os solos do Bradley tem uma pegada rock e country rock, os duetos são country e os solos da Gaga variam de pop à baladasO filme ainda não estreou no Brasil, por isso ainda não tive a oportunidade de assistí-lo, porém, já ouvi a soundtrack pelo Spotify e comprei a trilha pela Regards e posso declarar com absoluta certeza de que é incrível, não tem como dar uma nota inferior a essa. Os diálogos presentes na soundtrack como intro de cada música com certeza devem dar uma sensação incrível para quem já assistiu o filme, deve ser como se o estivesse revendo. Na minha opinião, o destaque da trilha são as baladas I'll Never Love Again, Is That Alright, Always Remember Us This Way, Before I Cry e claro, o dueto country Shallow.

    A little note for the Americans: This album is a soundtrack to a movie and not a solo album by Gaga, although most of the songs are composed by her. Learn to differentiate ...     This is my favorite movie soundtrack of all time, my favorite album of 2018, and is one of my top 5 favorite albums of all time. Every song was written spectacularly.     LOVE gaga's voice and her new songs. Can't wait too see a movie! Is That Alright, I'll Never Love Again, Heal Me, Look What I Found, Shallow and Always Remember Us This Way are my fav for sure.

    This is undoubtedly an amazing album from beginning to end. Bradley proved his talent is boundless dipping Into music so seamlessly I was delightfully shocked hearing his voice own this soundtrack. Gaga AGAIN outdid herself with vocals we have not heard before hitting notes that also depicted how brimful of talent this woman is. Bradley and Gaga crafted a masterpiece that is timeless

    Such an amazing album from Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. Their chemistry is key for the movie and for the album either. That being said, it may be a great contestant for AOTY.

    absurdly one of the best soundtracks I've heard, easily enters my top 3 soundtracks, gaga delivers as always a huge level of talent, while bradley knew how to perfectly explore his voice, I believe the film will thrill not only me but everyone.

    This album is perfect! I truly was moved by so many of the tracks. Gaga's vocals were top notch and bradley shocked me with his voice! Love the soundtrack and the movie!!!

    There’s undoubtedly a strong 10-song album lodged at the core of A Star Is Born, but unlike the film, wherein an outsized sense of sentimentality is rendered affecting by the more grounded performances, there’s not nearly enough substance here to justify all the bombast.

    Save for a digital flourish or two on the pop songs that make up much of the film’s back half, there’s very little here that would’ve sounded out of place on blockbuster film soundtracks of decades past. At its peaks, the album delivers on the promise of its star-wattage with some of the most affecting and emotionally overwhelming pop songs of the year.
