    Lady Gaga perfects her country-pop/rock sound on the soundtrack of 'A Star Is Born'. Gaga's voice on this album is insane and her range is taken to places it has never gone before and I loved seeing that side of her for the first time and I definitely think that was missing on her last album.     Lady Gaga perfects her country-pop/rock sound on the soundtrack of 'A Star Is Born'. Gaga's voice on this album is insane and her range is taken to places it has never gone before and I loved seeing that side of her for the first time and I definitely think that was missing on her last album. Some of her tracks aren't necessarily amazing, but nothing on this album is bad or deserves a skip. You either will hear an average track or one of the many amazing tracks. Either way you won't be upset you gave this a listen.

    Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper y los autores y productores involucrados han creado uno de los mejores Soundtracks de la década. Tanto a nivel lírico como vocal el Soundtrack logra brillar por sí mismo y como acompañamiento a la película.
    Shallow es una de las mejores "canciones tema" de la historia y pasará a la misma gracias a la interpretación de Gaga y Bradley.
    Lo único parcialmente malo    Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper y los autores y productores involucrados han creado uno de los mejores Soundtracks de la década. Tanto a nivel lírico como vocal el Soundtrack logra brillar por sí mismo y como acompañamiento a la película.
    Shallow es una de las mejores "canciones tema" de la historia y pasará a la misma gracias a la interpretación de Gaga y Bradley.

    Lo único parcialmente malo del Álbum es la falta de consistencia que puede percibirse al saltar de las canciones country-rock a las baladas-pop, pero es algo que tiene su explicación el la propia película.    … Expand

    I came back to this album despite it being 2020 as it didn't only become a classic but also captivated the hears of all who heard the soundtrack and experienced the movie. In fact, it touched me so much that I bought the DVD for the film despite not being interested in owning movies. It is one of the best works of 2018 and arguably of all time. A great job by the amazing Lady Gaga and theI came back to this album despite it being 2020 as it didn't only become a classic but also captivated the hears of all who heard the soundtrack and experienced the movie.     This album is a masterpiece! Every song is a bop. The lyrics are so deep and amazing. I loved it so much! Everyone should listen to it. Gaga really gave everything we needed through this record. PERFECT

    This soundtrack is very interesting, it shows us the undeniable vocal power of Lady Gaga, her feeling throughout the music, the songs and the entire album. Even the dialogue is congruent and it doesn't matter if you're not watching the movie, you can feel it just with Bradley and Gaga singing.

    Great soundtrack album for the magnificent movie. It perfectly transforms the movie atmosphere which is the main thing that soundtracks should do. But, if Gaga made a studio album like this, that would be pretty unambitious and boring because songs on it are kind of basic.

    All the songs make sense narratively and on their own, so they hold together well and would amount to a first-rate soundtrack, if it weren't for those meddling dialogue tracks, which wind up sapping any kind of momentum for the album. Overall though, «A Star is Born» is one of the best Hollywood soundtracks of recent years.

    There’s undoubtedly a strong 10-song album lodged at the core of A Star Is Born, but unlike the film, wherein an outsized sense of sentimentality is rendered affecting by the more grounded performances, there’s not nearly enough substance here to justify all the bombast.

    Save for a digital flourish or two on the pop songs that make up much of the film’s back half, there’s very little here that would’ve sounded out of place on blockbuster film soundtracks of decades past. At its peaks, the album delivers on the promise of its star-wattage with some of the most affecting and emotionally overwhelming pop songs of the year.

    Overall though, A Star is Born is one of the best Hollywood soundtracks of recent years. Far from being Oscar bait, these are songs that could feasibly shine on their own--and ones that feel entirely believable.
