Jun 13, 2017disgusting album. Taylor positioned himself as a country singer but ended up releasing a full pop album. All of her songs about her ex, she's terrible. 0 out of 10
-
Jun 11, 2017Taylor came up with very advanced developments by boycotting performers above the top with 1989. A refreshment on failure this proves that Taylor will not be common or superior to another artist, thus being 1989 a common album with subject of ex boyfriends in fresh failure

Jun 9, 2017Tayor Swift really did that, this album is so damn good, totally deserved to win Album Of The Year. This is one of the best pop album of all the time. Love You Taylor.
-
Jun 9, 2017Although not her best work this album was really good and deserved the successful era it had, her switch to pop music wasn't a disappointment and she took the world by storm. Looking forward for what her next album has in store for us.

Jun 9, 2017Infantile, empty and of banal content. It serves to dance cleaning the house and just for that. Any beginner does something like that... Noooooooooooo
-
Jun 9, 2017Todo el álbum es perfecto, desde la primera hasta la última canción.
.."Stay Hey, all you had to do was stay Had me in the palm of your hand Then, why'd you had to go and lock me out when I let you in Stay, hey, now you say you want it Back now that it's just too late Well could've been easy All you had to do was stay.." -
Jun 9, 2017This is just a generic pop album with an OK beat and immature lyrics. It is not an upgrade from her old work as I do not see any difference. The whole record sounds heavily country influenced but does not stand out in either the pop or country genre.
-
Jun 9, 2017Taylor did it better than the definition of perfection. 1989 goes on selling 10 million albums worldwide, scoring 5 BB #10 hits including 3 #1 hits and wins 3 grammies, including Album of the year. Definitively a masterpiece of the 21st century!

Jun 8, 2017Es un álbum malísimo, lleno de copias, temas clichés, nada innovador, ni buena voz, ni buena instrumentación. Lo peor que le pudo pasar al pop, una chica que nada bueno trae.

May 21, 2017.......................................................................................................................... Masterpiece Pop Album with great Ballads too.
-
May 12, 2017I mean it's good for a pop album, but compared to her other work, it's generic. I expected more and was extremely disappointed. Even the songwriting on this album, was meh. I also don't see the 80's influence at all

Feb 11, 2017Se vale de canciones de relleno, que no dejan ver la esencia real del álbum. Se esperaba mucho más de su entrada al pop, y no transmite lo suficiente.
-
Jan 17, 2017Taylor was inspired by the 80´s music, but she did an album that isn´t good, just an american trash product of 2014, "EMOTION" by Carly Rae Jepsen is what 1989 want to be.

Dec 22, 2016Maybe more than half of Negative reviews are haters
And i think that haters don't deserve voting.

Dec 10, 2016It's a great album, a lot of good compositions. Taylor did a great job on pop music! There's so much lovely songs, great beats and Taylor's voice is angelical. Loved 1989!

Nov 29, 2016Don't care about the PATHETIC 253 Negative Reviews, 1989 deserves at least a mixed "Yellow" review,
But in truth deserves a positive "Green" review. The album is excellent have very good ballads songs, and some very good pop & pop rock songs -
Nov 21, 2016with her first strictly pop album, i was not disappointed by taylor swift. she had some really strong hooks and catchy instrumentals. her lyrics stayed within the same range she has always had, not exactly shallow but not deep either. she had some really nice songs(wildest dreams) and some stupid ones(shake it off). i get why this made swift the monumental figure she is today

Oct 20, 2016One of the best albums of pop music. 1989 Taylor Swift's album has too much to say through her lyrics. I love her music because they transmit lived and real sense compering like others lyrics which are completely childish and repetitive.

Dec 1, 2014With 1989 she has succeeded in leveraging the most cordial and familiar of pop music outpourings to something that feels like a statement, a work of note and the sinew of some kind of emotional connective tissue–binding tastemakers, rock critics, guys I work with and my 12 year old cousin; irrevocably and unexpectedly.
-
Nov 6, 2014What stands out more than the production is how consistently solid the album is, and how effective the lyrics and songwriting.
-
Nov 6, 20141989 is full of cliches, but the truth is that we wouldn't expect them to not be present anyway.
