Promoted as an expose of how Western countries mishandled the Yugoslavia wars of the 1990s, it's really something totally different -- a whiny, dishonest, sometimes outright racist, nearly three-hour excuse-a-thon on behalf of Serbian murderers. And the more you look into this horrid little propaganda film, the more you discover its fascinating connections not only to the Serbs themselves but also to a network of American right-wing extremists. This documentary is a joke! The least objective one I've ever seen. Fabrication of facts, biased, selected interviewees... Just terrible.

Worst "documentary" ever. The most biased piece of s**t I've seen in my life. Completely full of pure propaganda. The fact is that It was not an "avoidable war" at all.

It's almost amazing to think how some people would say this movie was dishonest, racist, and untrue. That is exactly what this whole movie counters on how this war was started!? That is exactly what this whole movie counters on how this war was started!? This balkan war was all about lies, well documented high powered PR firms, and "deals". It's very refreshing to finally hear and view "the other side" to every story. This is a must see for anyone that consider's themselves objective, open-minded, intellectual, and someone that is capable of hearing someone one else out! This entire Balkan tradegy really could have been avoided if there weren't other motives$$$. No more Yugoslavia, but now the "New Yugoslavia" is Bosnia and Hercegovina... Those of you who have ripped this documentary apart now know what it still feels like when you hear nothing but a one-sided story! Again thank you George Bogdanich for showing the world that this war is not that "Black-and-White" but very grey and complex. The stance with the Serbian community has always been "everyone is to blame" but when for the last 10-15 years we've heard only one side, it's great to see and hear out in the media this rare "one side" of a truly 3 sided story. Remember it wasn't Serbia that Declared war on the "mult-enthnic" Yugoslavia. Expand

this movie reveals the other side of the coin by peoples involved in many ways in that tragic war that has been orchestrated (and still is) by US and its allies.
