This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. incredibly self-serious that it turns into a parody of itself. the patlabor movies have always been shiiit and this one just further solidifies that. its slow poderous and the anemic characters are annoying and lack any human emotion. the twist is predictable and the action is just disappointing.Watching the Labors confront the giant guppy with a six-shooter and extendable baton is just dumb. its a b-movie thinking that its some sortof Noire masterpiece.
