'Vincent Wants To Sea' has a respectful contact to mental illnesses but not more. It fails hard at mixing drama and comedy and has far too quick turns in the plot. FANTASTIC! This movie mixes real life type people, showing seriousness, happiness, humour, and everyday events that can and do occur in this world! Very clever! Had me on the edge of the seat from the word GO! Lovable characters! Love it!FANTASTIC!
