Summary: A frustrated Manhattan literary editor, Peter Loew (Cage), meets a mysterious woman (Beals). During a passionate night of lovemaking, the woman bites him on the neck, drawing blood. When she disappears the next morning, Peter becomes convinced that she was a vampire and that's he's become one too. As he loses himself to pressure of everyday life, he begins to act the role of a creature of the night. (MGM/UA)
