El silencio de la ciudad blanca is an intriguing and a little chaotic psychological thriller/noir. A positive element about this movie is that it's not so foregone, the plot is clever enought to make you question your conclusions. It's also quite courageous to make a big reveal halfway through the film without spoiled it. It's a little muddler but enjoyable. The directing and the acting are fine. It makes me wanna read the novel from which it's taken. Not bad, 7/10.… Expand

This must be the stupidest movie I have seen in a while - and I have seen a lot of stupid movies recently, since I still have Netflix. Seems everyone with a laptop is a screenwriter these days. Police procedure - non existent. The murderer,This must be the stupidest movie I have seen in a while - and I have seen a lot of stupid movies recently, since I still have Netflix. The murderer, looking like Mr. Bean that grew a beard and takes himself a bit too seriously, moves like a Batman and leaves no trace while having the most convoluted, silliest MO. But it would not be a Spanish movie, if it did not contain some perverted reference to Christian religion. One instead of zero, because Belen Rueda is a beautiful woman - but the writing, the camera, the plot, everything in this movie is bad. If you value your brain cells, stay away!… Expand
