Summary:
In the wake of the turbulent 1960s, a new style of song and songwriter came to the fore. In Los Angeles, the emerging center of the American music scene, young songwriters come together to express, to inspire, to complete, to love. That scene largely revolved around an old beatnik club with capacity of a few hundred people, The Troubadour. The seed idea for this film, came out of a series of landmark reunion concerts James Taylor and Carole King played at the Troubadour in 2007, to mark the club’s 50th anniversary.
