Out of all the animated movies I seen in my life, this is probably the most boring. The story, if you can call it that, is painfully bland and generic, the animation is mediocre, the characters are all one dimensional, and absolutely NOTHINGOut of all the animated movies I seen in my life, this is probably the most boring. In fact, this is not only the most boring animated films I've ever seen, it's also one of the most forgettable. When I first saw it, I left remembering nothing about it. The only things I remembered was going to the restroom and taking a 10-minute nap. Taking a nap in a theater would just sound stupid, I know, but it doesn't matter when you're the only one in there. The only thing you need to know about this is that it's a complete waste of your precious time.… Expand

This is easily one of the worst animated movies for 2016. It's so boring and predictable that even the small kids don't enjoyed it at all. At least the graffics are kinda good.

Family animation. Ship-wreck survivor encounters talking animals. Entertaining for children, but this old fogey found the plot a little too thin to bother with again.

Enjoyable but not memorable. The characters were great, and were funny. They also had a good story. They even had a very sad part. The reason the score is lower is because the dialogue was terrible. It is worth a watch.

Honestly though, I found this movie less obnoxious than Ice Age 5, which is why I'd rather watch this movie instead, but that's difficult for me to say because this movie is still an utter disaster. The plot is all very generic; from minute 1, it's obvious where the plot is headed toward: an iceberg! This whole movie, in fact, feels like a poorly constructed titanic that's careening into an iceberg because the driver though he saw a lighthouse in that same direction.
Just save your money for Kubo and the Two Strings, because The Wild Life deserves a seal of disavowal.… Expand
