Take an unbelievable plot, the two most irritating kids you can imagine, terrible terrible acting and bizarre shifting from try hard humour to try hard horror and that's the Visit. I wouldn't expect to see this at 3am on the horror channel, let alone coming from a Director with such credentials. This film is an insult to intelligence and good taste. Expand

After a series of non understandable events and behavior they discover that their true grandparents were killed by the two old maniacs occupying the house. They ask their mother for a help through Skype which arrive after the two grandsons hardly got rid of the old maniacs. Absolute stupidity, absurdity, and lack of scenario and photography. Weird behavior of the two old maniacs has their explanation only in the mind of the director of this waste of every good thing piece of nonsense. Awful, awful, awful .. Expand

Take the two annoying cutesy children from the original Jurassic Park (where there were dinosaurs to watch at least), add a plot twist you could see coming after the first 10 minutes (well, maybe two minutes), several foul adult diapers, some silly references to the oven in Hansel and Gretel, and you’ve got a real stink bomb on your hands. I am amazed that this got the decent critical reviews that it did. Worse yet, we had to sit through the coming attractions for Pan – I guess we were just the wrong audience. The actors who played the grandparents didn’t do a bad job, and you had to feel sorry for them since they had so little to work with. Expand

Easily the worst movie I have ever seen in my life. I tried to find some hidden message or that perhaps the movie was intentionally horrible to convey how the horror industry has fallen in recent years. But no. I am pretty sure this is just garbage. Save you money and watch Gigli on netflix it's probably better. Expand

Absolutely pathetic movie, makes no sense .... neither it is weird nor wacko..
Extremely disgusting stuff from Night Shyamalan. Time you hang up your boots and do something apart from direction/scriptwriting..
