May be because,I watched this movie after "The Visit".I really felt bored because the movie is really serious and is more of drama than a Thriller.I would not recommend this movie to a friend.

The Perfect Guy. Wow. That's twice September has dropped these "box office bombs" on us. The plot is about a woman who gets creepily stalked by her ex. That is the way to put it. If you remember Micheal Ealy looking through her house in the trailer, that scene was heavily edited to make it seem intense. There was nothing cool or intense about the whole movie, it was boring and rushed and going places I didn't even know. There is a line between terrible and bad, and their is another line before terrible, which is the definition of The Perfect Guy.… Expand

A slightly better, but not as hilariously awful version of "The Boy Next Door". Weak writing, acting, and directing sink this overplayed premise straight down. It's messy, boring, and no fun to watch.

I was bored the whole time. Even the other people in the theatre seemed bored. Half of the audience was on their phones, while the other half were making jokes about how bad the movie was. This movie was a true disappointment.

Senseless and blending-in-the-field trash we got from the movies that we call it 'Perfect' when it isn't. I call shotguns to join in the negative wagon.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Right from the first appearance Ealy is so creepy it's hard to imagine how the accomplished character played by Lathan can miss that. He is also somewhat detached right from the beginning with no indication whatsoever that he is obssessed with Lathan. Chestnut is just forgettable. Ridiculous movie. Waste of time.… Expand
