In The Man From Toronto, directed by Patrick Hughes, the vague sense of location is typical of a broader lack of effort. Although Hart, as the broadly comic version of the classic Hitchcockian Wrong Man, has a certain goofball charm, his frantic coward routine gets old quickly, with no appreciable change as the action-flick danger continues to escalate.

I thought it was fun movie with nice action in it. Yes Kevin Hart basically plays himself but it had funny jokes and I thought it was entertaining

A rehash of "Central Intelligence" basically: an average Joe gets entangled in an international espionage/terrorism scheme while cracking really funny jokes.
Nothing new, but a great way to pass a couple of hours.

Ouch. The set up and the first half of the movie are actually quite decent and a bit of good fun, Kevin Hart is always enjoyable. But the plot, the story, everything plunges into a pool of goofy bland pointless nonsense. Hard to understand how better scripts aren't green-lighted.

It is absolute garbage. Do not waste your time. It relies on low imagination stuff like barf and silly violence. The jokes are miserable and the motivations behind the main characters is very weak,
