Wth? What is that? It is disappointing and sad. Ice age is gone. New voices are horrible. Buck was Fearless crazy dude and now he's just crying nobody begging for peace on his land. Plot was literally a Disney blue print, plot was soWth? What is that? It is disappointing and sad. Ice age is gone. New voices are horrible. Buck was Fearless crazy dude and now he's just crying nobody begging for peace on his land. Plot was literally a Disney blue print, plot was so predictable like a traffic light. It was painful to watch after 20 minutes. Where is Scrat? Where is that crazy squirrel? Disney ruined Blu Sky's Diamond cartoon. Rest in peace my loved hero's of Ice Age.… Expand

Straight to video low budget cash in. The main voice cast have gone, there is a very noticeable drop in the visual quality and I couldnt bare the first 5 minutes... AVOID

In terms of story its trash In terms of graphics playing ratchet and clank on ps5 is way better than this

The Ice Age franchise has always been mediocre at best but this instalment was just plain horrible. The animations is awful. The characters are awful. Wow This Was Abysmal

After Disney shut down Blue Sky in 2021, They got another studio to do the film. Considering how much I hated Collision Course, My expectations were already extremely low and the trailers seemed to confirm that (The badWow This Was Abysmal

After Disney shut down Blue Sky in 2021, They got another studio to do the film. Considering how much I hated Collision Course, My expectations were already extremely low and the trailers seemed to confirm that (The bad animation was a particular red flag) and I instantly knew it was gonna be trash. But the question was, “How bad would it be?” Would it be at least slightly better than Collision Course? Or would it be Emoji Movie levels of insufferable? Welp I saw it in January and… WOW, This was way worse than I expected. Okay but are there any positives? Well it was kinda nice to see Simon Pegg voicing Buck again and Justina Machado‘s performance and character were honestly kinda okay (Still extremely bland however), And Crash & Eddie were a bit less annoying than they were in Collision Course. That’s literally all the positives I have about this film. Now the negatives, The screenplay is about as pretentiously by the numbers and generic as you can get, The animation is f*cking atrocious, The voice acting (Except for Pegg, Machado, and the guys doing Crash and Eddie) is one of the absolute worst I’ve heard, The villain is pathetic and very annoying and makes the dinosaur birds in the 5th film look like Soto in comparison, The characters are blander than toilet paper, And they bastardized Buck again with him being just this ultra bland hero type character. The only reason I’m not giving this pile of sh*t a 0 is only because of the very tiny positives I listed. If you want to see Buck and The Lost World, Just watch Dawn Of The Dinosaurs again instead of this garbage.… Expand

I've always said it, this franchise, never should have become one.
They never managed to replicate the humor of the first movie and this spin-off is even a bigger downgrade in quality. Disney may continue to exploit it, and if so, they needI've always said it, this franchise, never should have become one.

I really enjoy the Ice Age movies. Usually, I great, reliable hour and a bit of entertainment.
This is a real step down. The animation is weird. It’s not terrible, but if I didn’t know any better, I’d swear I was just watching a tv show.

The casting - poor. Not because the actors were bad as such. But you can’t take a franchise with such distinct and likeable voices, replace all but one and expect people to buy in.

Overall - if you can’t get the actors that have that made those characters what they were to be interested in your movie - don’t expect the audience to either… Expand
