The Hunter's Prayer

Summary: When an assassin’s conscience gets the better of him, he finds himself defying orders and instead protecting the young woman he was hired to kill. With both now marked for death, their only hope of survival is to form an uneasy alliance as they flee across Europe, hunted by powerful forces who will stop at nothing to kill them both. As the hitman drags the weight of his sins behind him and the young woman is forced to grow in spite of her situation, both come to understand that even if they survive, their souls may not.
