Summary:
At the beginning of last century, a young Leonard Percival Howell left Jamaica, became a Marine and traveled the world. During his travels, he was exposed to Reggae. Howell returned to Jamaica in 1939 and founded the first Rasta commune, the Pinnacle. There the culture of Reggae was developed and spread around the world, going on to influence the likes of Bob Marley and others. (Niz!)
