Man oh man, does this movie suffer from an identity crisis or what? It starts off as a paranormal horror movie and then close to the end it shifts over to sci-fi horror with the concept of time paradoxes and teleportation.

Nothing is EVERMan oh man, does this movie suffer from an identity crisis or what? It starts off as a paranormal horror movie and then close to the end it shifts over to sci-fi horror with the concept of time paradoxes and teleportation.

Nothing is EVER explained in a way that would be satisfactory in the least. Why did the father leave? What did he do? Is he still alive? Besides Jacob actually being one of the manifestations from the future from teleportation technology tests, what were the other monsters? Where did they come from and why are they trying to kill the family?

Well, I think the movies was pretty good. I believe that they will have no choice but to make a second one because of the ending. With the second one to be a little bit more scary and give more info as to why this family is utterly important.Well, I think the movies was pretty good. And people this is not a horror per say movie, it is more of a dramatic action with a little bit of scary to it. A very inventive and interesting film with some great effects and a unique plot. Don't go into this expecting horror only. It has more of a Sci/fi drama flavor to it.
