This is more comedy than horror, and is so funny I almost spit out my rosé a few times. Fun and campy movie about a group of queer friends who rent a haunted Airbnb for a bachelor party weekend.

The writing and directing duo deliver again in their feature debut! Been a fan of their work for years and this movie doesn't disappoint. It delivers with interesting characters and witty dialogue and an iconic cast. Very well done!

Speaking of intense, even though this is supposed to be a ghost story, it's never suspenseful and sadly, the comedy relies less on witty writing and more on their queer sensibilities. It's def not a crossover movie, because there's no attempt to appeal to a mass audience. It's all gay, but rarely fun. Expand

And as a gay guy who doesn't see himself in movies like Fire Island, this really felt like me and my friends. And FrankieI feel like I've been waiting for a movie like this my entire life.
