It has a lot of certain elements that I found enjoyable. It epic lightsaber duels, space battles, and the acting was on point even from Hayden. Star Wars: Episode III fixed everything that Episode II so screwed up. The story is much better and, more importantly, darker. This was my favourite star wars movie growing up. Upon rewatching, I could see so many flaws. Revenge of the Sith has some shortcomings such as its occasional questionable dialogue, but it's just full of so many memorable and interesting parts. It's starts of with an amazing space battle and lightsaber duel. Then it moves on to some really interesting parts involving the Jedi council and the emperor and then it ends with the downfall of the Jedi and one of the most amazing duels I've ever seen in a movie. The memorable moments of this film makes it my favourite Star Wars movie alongside episode 5 and also makes it my favourite of the prequels.… Expand

This film has many layers, from the subtle implications of the Plagueis legend, and the overlying meaning of what it means to be the chosen one, and what those ramifications mean. If you subscribe to the theory that the chosen one prophecy was Anakin destroying the jedi, reducing the sith and jedi to an equal ratio, it's a lot better. Besides that, Hayden's acting is very much improved, and the plot is right to the point. There is no tiring filler like in Episode 2, each scene serves a point and the CGI/Practical effects mix has aged like fine wine. While I am a 2000s kid and I admit this film has a certain bias for me, I truly think this is a competent, well paced and well acted film, but not without flaws. Anakin choking Padme makes little sense and the infamous plothole where Leia says she remembers her mother who died a few seconds after giving birth to her is glaring. What you do see, is a very ambitious and tragic movie that truly felt like Lucas knew, deep inside, that this was going to be his final Star Wars film. ever.… Expand

This movie is absolutely phenomenal, I can see if you prefer the original 3, because those 3 were all good, but I grew up on this trilogy, and I cannot stress how much I adore the prequels, Attack of the Clones I don’t really look at from a critical perspective, but it’s funny how bad that movie was, to the point where it became beautiful, overall, Revenge of the Sith leads directly ties the Original Trilogy to it, because everyone finds out who trained Darth Vader as a Jedi, who originally was Darth Vader, where did he come from, and it does this in a way that explains why Luke was practically the only Jedi left. And overall, this movie makes me blush, it’s **** beautiful.… Expand

Great ending to the trilogy and the best of the prequels, by far. We have the best Anakin, the best Padmé, more Yoda, less Jar Jar and finally, a great Obi Wan. Also Lord Grievous and Darth Sidious deliver as fearsome villains. What is leftGreat ending to the trilogy and the best of the prequels, by far. On the other hand, it also proves how unnecessary Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones are, which could have been reduced to a 30 minute prologue. In a nutshell, you could say Revenge of the Sith equals EPIC.… Expand

Where it’s two predecessors, Menace and Clones, often felt stuffed with too much window dressing and lack of focus, ‘Sith’ surprisingly comes into its own with thrilling action, a mostly satisfying story of the origin of one of cinemas greatest villains, and a killer soundtrack from the masterful John Williams. ‘Sith’ still features some of the things, like clunky and stiff dialogue, and some odd window dressing and padding out of the plot. Anakin’s decent into darkness is fun as it is tragic to watch, even if a bit rushed and the film is a bit overstuffed with other side plots (the hunt for Grievous) which honestly could have been spread out or explored in previous entries, but the final hour of Sith is deliciously dark, meaningful and perhaps the most pivotal in the entire saga. Seeing the destruction of most of the Jedi, Anakin’s betrayal and turn as Darth Vader and the epic duel between Obi-wan and Anakin on the lava world of Mustafar (Lucas’ metaphorical version of hell) and between Yoda and Emperor Palpatine, is nothing less of payoff from all the previous film’s set up. Overall, it’s not perfect but it managed to end the prequels on a high note and provided a satisfying bridge to the originals… Expand

Besides the memes this is actually a pretty fantastic movie. It has some flaws like the poor dialogue, but it has an engaging narrative and is an overall fun movie. It also has a fantastic story. I would recommend all Star Wars fans watch this.

Planet Assault: Avenge Of The Jedi was an amazing movie. The scene where Anakin Groundflyer used force against Obi-Swan Kentucky Fried Chicken had amazing CGI and was one of the best scenes in this television series. Though I hate obi Wong Keyesbi why did he have to slice off anakin floorflyer ears. He couldve just licked peanut butter out of my dog aand spit on padme. I still don't get why the fight was set on planet mustafar instead of disney land. The setting made my child have eternal nightmares for the rest of his life now i must seal him in the darkness and feed him bath salts everyday. I also noticed after i watched this movie walt disney started throwing gang signs at me so i farted on his chest and ran away to rob national bank then escape planet earth.… Expand

The rhymes and motifs were incredible. The juxtaposition of Anakin killing Dooku and Mace trying to kill Palpatine is incredible. Yoda, MAce Windu, PAdme, Palpatine, Obi Wan and Anakin all do nearly perfect jobs, especially Anakin and Obi Wan. It is not as good as people pretend that it is. I feel like there as some really good parts. Anankin and Obi-Wan have better chemistry. Though the dialogue is still really awful. The score is good.

The best film of the prequel trilogy (not that it took much). But it carries with it just enough drama to bring about the climax of the film's third act, when one person's choices for the fate of the galaxy become painfully apparent.

This is a good movie, a very good movie. The acting is the best out of all the prequels and so is the CGI. This film is a rollercoaster of emotions, there are funny parts yet at the same time there are truly sad sections of the movie. TheThis is a good movie, a very good movie. The film explores the themes of brotherhood and betrayal exceptionality. That being said some of the dialogue can feel unnatural, not necessarily because of the acting but because the script it self. Revenge of the sith has a memorable soundtrack. That music makes you feel something when you hear it. This movie has its moments, and Ewan Mcgreggor adds a lot of emotion to this film. It's from this vantage point that I approach "Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith," a film that I believe captures the essence of the original trilogy while offering something unique and profound.

The film starts with a philosophical note, portraying good and bad on both sides of the force, something that no other Star Wars movie has managed to achieve. The battle between Anakin and Dooku is a standout scene, masterfully capturing human aggression and pride, and the timeless theme of youth overtaking age.

Palpatine's character is nothing short of bone-chilling. A hegemonic dictator who plays all sides, his manipulation tactics are unparalleled within the Star Wars universe. Hayden Christensen's acting might not be considered top-tier, but in this film, it's not only forgivable but enhances his character's depth. Anakin's uncertainty and restraint in dialogue make his portrayal even more realistic.

General Grievous is a thrilling villain, adding further intrigue and excitement. Anakin's descent into the dark side is portrayed with such finesse that it can be considered an unsung masterpiece. While I am not a fan of Episodes I and II or the films that came after "Revenge of the Sith," this movie successfully captures that old saga energy.

Contrary to the stereotype that this film is inferior to the originals, I believe it stands strong. The final battle between Anakin and Obi-Wan is the best lightsaber duel in the entire franchise, while Yoda and Palpatine's duel is also noteworthy. Padmé's performance is far more authentic in this film, and the romance feels real and grounded, unlike in Episode II.

Overall, "Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith" is a triumph. It retains the spirit of the original trilogy while adding new layers of complexity and emotion. I would rate this as the best Star Wars movie or at the very least, the best one outside the original saga. It's a film that should not be dismissed and deserves its place in the spotlight within the iconic series.… Expand

It’s a very good and fun watch, the cgi aged very well, the action scenes (especially the lightsaber duels) are masterful and even the acting is pretty solid.
