The movie is okay, but while watching some moments felt unrealistic but I thought ok it is based on real story so maybe happened like that. And then I read that the real story, while similar, many of things here didn't happen, then eh it loses its credibility. Plus, while yes such movies are important, I think misconstruing their narrative to emphasize on some aspects can backfire since it isn't fully what happened. Also for me a bit weird that movie message is that it should inspire young people for them to know they can also influence the world - but by the movie it feels that the inspiration is to arm yourself and do it the aggressive way which for me is not the best thing to teach.… Expand

As depicted in the film, the three antagonists enter the bank and take hostages - This now ends our 60% factual commitment from the Director. The events of the actual Silverton Siege are very violent and disturbing, and I'll let you all look up the details. Overall this film, Silverton Siege, tells of events in 1 hour 40 minutes in what should have taken 20 minutes to capture - the rest of the film is to exponate and exaggerate only a very small portion of actual events.… Expand
