Abel Ferrara gets stuck and delivers a film that clearly dreams of high terrains, but the depth it thinks it has simply doesn't exist, and ends up as a very disappointing installment.

Dafoe as always, is present and doing his job quite well,Abel Ferrara gets stuck and delivers a film that clearly dreams of high terrains, but the depth it thinks it has simply doesn't exist, and ends up as a very disappointing installment.

Dafoe as always, is present and doing his job quite well, although it seems to me that he made this film to continue working with Ferrara after the decent Tommaso, but there's no depth to his character or real substance that allows him to do more, than the bare minimum.
It's a waste of his talent of course, but that's something usual for Dafoe.

Siberia never promised me anything, nor did I create any unusual expectations for it, but I can't deny that, considering the people involved, I'm very disappointed.… Expand
