A stellarly creepy supporting turn can't overcome amateurish technical production, lacklustre lead acting and glacial pacing.

Slow paced and no real narrative. The story is disjointed leaving viewers uninterrested in the characters or their respective struggles.

Slowness of delivery can have a many different intentions and effects. In this case, the effect is sheer laziness.
