The central mystery to the film strays from the run-of-the-mill whodunit gradually, and leads the audience down a rabbit hole into the obscure and occult. The production and performances are subtle and understated, and the photography equally deliberate. Revelator is a slow, methodical exercise in deception frankly unlike any "indie horror" you're likely to see, and for that it's worth your time.… Expand
