The FX are very good and visually it's an interesting movie. The music is something of a mix bag. The acting is fair enough in this limited space. I give it 71%. Just sad that the movie started so slowly. Maybe the structure of the movie could have been in another format. Expand

By far best movie of 2021 so far, if you're in to sci fi/black mirror like stories. People who give this bad scores are retarded.

Unpredictably very good movie! Might be a bit shorter but still very good! Idea is unique, realization is good and pretty scary)

How did she get there and how does she escape? The answer develops into an intriguing surprise or two (no spoilers here), but suffice it to say that it’ll keep you (and her) guessing. The reveal is definitely something unexpected and cool. Surprisingly, this is a French film, but the woman is the only person on camera and the dubbing is so damn good that it's almost unnoticable. Since it’s French, the story unfolds a bit slower than some audiences might prefer, but the payoff is worth it. Expand

The development of the high concept — a movie transpiring in the same place — doesn't cover new ground, and the twists don't come as a genuine shock, but the frustration of the main character is palpable. The ending is disappointing, though.

I've never been interested at all in Alexandre Aja's work, but 'Oxygen' could be a breath of fresh air (pun intended) for anyone tired of his horror films.

The execution isn't bad, it's just that it lacked thrills, and more momentum.

Es una película decente que mezcla elementos de ciencia ficción y suspenso; no la recomiendo a personas claustrofóbicas.

very good script and exploring all possibilities. AI is only smart if u asked the right questions. very plausible point put across in this outing.
u really have to endure the oxygen level until the 2% to see the 'surprise'at the end, explaining suddenly the whole vista of the movie. somewhat quite brilliant and well thought out.

This film should have been a short, perhaps 30 mins maximum. The film is held together by the lead but doesn't provide enough to think about to justify a full length film

The film gets more and more tense as the oxygen continues to deplete and you keep wondering how she could possibly save herself with the time remaining, or if she even will. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. With love,

There are cheap movies made during the pandemic, and then there is this one. Indeed, a very creative one. A one-woman show. How could it have been done better than this during the pandemic? Couldn't.... right?

I can't help myself mentioning all of the positive reviews this movie received. "WOW! It is soooo grrreaaaaatttttt!" (LOL)

As a bonus, we have here one of those movies that were built (and growing) towards a plot twist in the end. Well, it is an interesting plot twist for sure, and even in these circumstances the pace throughout the whole movie is always engaging.

So why would I rate this movie with just 2 stars?
(one star to Mélanie... and another to all the tech & visuals team)
- Because, in the end, I found a tiny detail in this movie that ruins the whole show. The M.I.L.O. - a kind of an hi-tech "in-flight entertainment" (IFE) system
