Even though the different locations are impressive, and a rearrangement of music is nice, my issue is why is she doing this so soon in her career, especially after just one album? Just feels more like a chart strategy move. The new arrangements followed by a drive between salt lake city and LA is nothing short of perfection. She goes into the psyche of each song, and gives needed context to the making of SOUR. Simply perfect, it was more of a complement to sour than a doc, but I thought it was perfect this way. The performances are perfect and this doc is so vulnerable, I felt like I was in a conversation about music and feelings. We saw a different side of Olivia in this film and different versions of songs from SOUR. My favorite moments are her vocals on favorite crime, her production on traitor, the orchestra version of good 4 u, and jealousy, jealousy rock version!
