The story of two friends who have grown apart, one who hasn't changed much and one who has moved into a domesticated wife, and their trip in the woods. I was recommended this movie as a new Criterion Channel member because it's short and I might enjoy it. I did enjoy some of the nature shots and the low-budget film aesthetic was interesting, giving it an older feel than it truly is. I didn't care for the movie much though. The dialog is a uninteresting and I didn't find the story to be told in an interesting way either. I get that the dialog being sparse and awkward is a sign of them being in very different worlds now, but it didn't do much for me.… Expand

This is totally the kind of movie that can get the nickname of ''Nothing happens''
