It wastes the interesting premise of Midoriya being framed. The villains are uninteresting as well. The original movie characterm, Rody, is great and his relationship with Midoriya is enjoyable.

Following a near perfect movie that came before it, this one was okay. Felt very slow but story was decent. Final fight was good. Nothing more to add other than it being an okay movie.
