I walked in the movies expecting this movie to be something worth talking about later but walked out disgusted. It had a weak plot, it was crude and predictable. It was a waste of time, money, and gas.

Possibly the worst movie I have seen. How can an audience be expected to like any of these charmless people. There is one laugh in this so-called romantic comedy. Very poor, the writers simply have NO IDEA about building audience sympathy.

How can you not expect a cliche plot and dialogue for a movie called "My best friends girl." The title itself screams cliche. The acting is bad, as well as the directing, and dane cook is horrible, he's nothing more than for the women.

I just hated it. One of my biggest problems with this story was Biggs faults didn't fell beliveable throught most of the story he is a insecure nice guy who wants the greatest girl he will ever have back. But in the story they thorw in someI just hated it. Kate Hudson makes really great movies (especially with Matthew McConaughey)! Also, Dane Cook is really funny! His humor is so smart and cutting edge! This movie is profane and vulgar- it could have been funny, but every other word was F.. this or F...that. Everybody in the movie had the morals of dogs in heat! Low class amoral scummy people. I didn't like it at all!!

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I set up an account purely so I could complain about this movie. None of the characters are likeable and the plot is predictable. First you have the main girl Alexis, who's supposed to be the headstrong beauty that changes the bad boy **** But she's terrible. Instead of just telling Dustin that they should go their seperate ways, she tries to string him along until she's finally ready to settle down. Then there's Dustin, who's supposed to be the nice guy, but obsesses over someone that doesn't want him, to the point of using "emotional terrorism" as he calls it to try and win her back, and then keeps obsessing over the girl that clearly doesn't want him. And then there's Tank, the reformed badboy, whose character is surprisingly the best one in here. At least he has some kind of character growth and reflects on the fact that he's a terrible person. And the movie tries to do this funny haha all these characters think about is sex thing. But seriously, who actually thinks like this? It's not funny, the characters are frustrating and the movie is clearly trying way too hard to be something it can't. The one part I liked was the scene where Tank walks into the church for the wedding. I really liked how they did that shot. The music playing and the angle of the shot set the mood really well.… Expand
