The production values are excellent; I salute the Sci Fi channel for spending an obviously large sum of money to get this picture done, not only on the fancy effects but on the fine cast, including John Malkovich (cameo) and Ron Perlman. If a mutant plot is a sow's ear, they made this movie into a silk purse with it.… Expand

A decent movie. Take it for what it is, a movie based off a paper and pen game. I found it enjoyable and would watch it again.

Downright boring sci-fi adventure, it's a good cast given bland material. Dark and bleak with unimpressive special effects and a plot that is a bit ridiculous.

I actually really enjoyed this film. The atmosphere of the story and the universe it inhabits are interesting and Ron Pearlman is always great. Obviously it's not a masterpiece but it is good fun.
