Some aspects of it made me think of the Ken Loach film 'Sorry We Missed You' and others of 'The Lobster'.

It makes you think about the threat of digital technology superceding human capability. I wish we knew more about the main characters brother, who's suffering from 'Omnia'. That intrigued me more but it's not a fully fleshed out sub-plot. Shame. Its a quirky watch. It doesn't entirely 'work' I think but its ok. Perhaps more of an allegorical thought piece than anything else - it may seem a bit too bland and bizarre for some. Its quite sci-fi based, although without many special effects. A bit of a strange one, this. I wouldn't personally recommend it as a film as such, no.
