Attempts allegory, succeeds as garbage. Really awful. Vintenberg should give the money back. Even while you're watching it, you still can't believe it is so bad -- worse, you can't believe you're watching something so boring.

People have learned to live with crazed nature and are no longer surprised by the sudden snow that whitens American metropolises in the middle of summer or by the freezing cold that grips Africa, nor are they dismayed when they come across corpses lying on the subway stands or in listening to the bulletins that report hallucinating levitations among the inhabitants of the Third World. The story hangs in a virtuosity as an end in itself. An intellectual exercise on the genres of romantic drama and surreal thrilling that empties the most interesting ideas of the screenplay into an abstract visionary nature and disperses the talent of the willing performers.
