Really stupid movie. Steve Carell just isn't funny anymore. Irresistible is a terrible movie name especially for a political one. At first I thought it would be a romantic comedy, but no far from it.

Fahrenheit9/11, Battlefield Earth, Irresistible.... Irresistible is anything but. Not only is this movie unfunny and poorly structured it totally does a disservice to what normally would be a WONDERFUL cast. To top everything off it the last thing anyone one EITHER SIDE of the political spectrum wants is to be preached at by anyone from Hollywood. Its always amazing to me to see actors and actresses comment/build a narrative/participate in politics as if ANYONE but the most vacuous of the public cares what they think.… Expand

Stewart is a brilliant show host and comedian but a TERRIBLE Director. Ive seen his 2 movies he directed and they are both AWFUL. Stewart doesnt klnow how to direct, period. This movie is beyond bad and the plot doesnt even make sense.
