There’s a plot, but it’s only there to fill the time until the next martial arts encounter. They range in size from one-on-one to one-against-absurd-odds. Unfortunately, the frantic camerawork and chaos cutting make most of the feats (and feet) hard to follow. It’s usually a blur of activity without clear staging. Fans of the legacy may appreciate it, but recently-reviewed Ninja Assassin did it to much better effect.… Expand

I have not seen the first parts, so in that sense I didnt find it as bad as others rate it.

He's not Donnie Yen, but he tries really hard to be like him.
