While the story wasn't original, the characters were cliché, the plot was predictable and the ending was atrociously cheesy, the rest of the film was pretty good. The cinematography, the acting, the way the movie was shot... Hounds of Love is a disturbing psychological thriller/horror that does a good job of maintaining the tension.
Stephen Curry was a surprise casting choice but he does a good job.
