The trailer makes the film look like another in the "Kick-Ass," "Super," "Defendor" vein, but it's very much not. It's a sweet film with a nice message about people who see the world differently and our treatment of and reaction to them. It's a sweet film with a nice message about people who see the world differently and our treatment of and reaction to them. Ryan Kwanten (from "True Blood") is solid enough in the lead role, but the real find of the movie is Maeve Dermody, his eventual love interest. She's got her own share of personal issues, but she's able to appreciate and love Griff for what he is. But not out of pity - something about this oddities work for her in a real way. Those who like to dwell in a bit of fantasy in their every-day lives will enjoy it.… Expand

I hated this movie so much i made a metacritic account just to give it a bad rating
Here is why:
1.there is no real spark in this movie its just stuff happening to a guy till he falls in love then some more stuff happens 2. they used curseI hated this movie so much i made a metacritic account just to give it a bad rating

2. they used curse words for no reason it happened in the dumbest times there would be none then boom fifty in a row
