Absolutely unnerving and creepy, it feels much like a Stephen King story in it's use of psychological drama. I would give it a 10, but there are a few times where the acting just isn't right. Still a great movie! Highly recommended Absolutely unnerving and creepy, it feels much like a Stephen King story in it's use of psychological drama. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Just watched this on pay cable today. It was alternately painfully boring and incredibly gross. Should have been called Lesbian Vegan's Vampire Baby, for truth in advertising. I'll give it three stars for making my treadmill time (slightly) less tedious than staring at the wall would have been. This Movie is.......wait for it.....................ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE. worst scary movie ever. the only time this movie is slightly entertaining is the constant showing of nudity, and 75% of the time it is chewed the off!

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Grace: 4 out of 10: If you create a shark attack movie at some point, you will need a shark attack. You can throw in tons of satire about progressive attitudes, over-bearing mother in laws, and maternal instincts. However, when all is said and done the shark has to show up.

Grace is slow to start and it never speeds up. The film ends a few scenes before it starts getting good. As a genre film, it is a sleepy disaster. As a political independent film it is simply okay.

Grace has good acting, the world's cutest black cat, and some biting social commentary.

What it lacks is a killer baby.

Stick with It's Alive, which does all of the above (sans the cute cat) and yet delivers the goods at the end.
