If you ignore the fact that this movie's premise wouldn't have happened if the characters acted like normal human beings and notified someone the dangerous place they were going beforehand. The movie is genuinely quite tense and thrilling, with some impressive camera shots. It does unfortunately have clumsy dialogue, weak acting, dumb melodrama and a very predictable plot.

The moral of the story: Get better friends that are not Hunter...… Expand

Fall reminded me of Blake Lively's The Shallows.
The situations are obviously not similar, but its narrative device is, and as in that film the plot is a total absurdity, but it will work better to the extent that you want it to. Perhaps theFall reminded me of Blake Lively's The Shallows.

Sacrificed the first 3rd of the movie for some obvious and bad setup to just completely rush a 10 minute 3rd act. I don't like heights so it was moderately sweaty palms.

Enjoyable film. Nothing mind blowing but it does do fear of heights great. Was genuinely scared for the characters and enjoyed the trial and error to survive this incredibly horrifying situation.

Interesting story, with two good performances and precise direction. A film that, due to its low budget, has problems with some effects that don't get in the way of the experience. The film isn't bad, but the plot is just so dumb. Like, no one would be that stupid to climb a rusting 2000ft tower in the middle of nowhere. The acting was good, but the film got boring quite quickly.
Also, danger D, was such a b*tch to Becky.
