Expecting to laugh I was led into a drama of a movie that didn't make any sense. The story seemed to have had good points but overall the movie didn't piece together. Let alone, the genre and the description of the movie was not fitting - seemed very unorganized and lacking creativity. Expand

Went to a Dane Cook movie, and only found Dax Sheppard funny. Overall, unless he gets involved with the creative process, he will end up not making the crossover to movies.

One of the Worst Movies Ever Made. Dane Cook enters a new level of bad, stupid, immature, dull, and repetitive comedy while annoying dumb blond Rookie Jessica Simpson makes us all have to decide between throwing up and falling asleep.

Dane Cook should have stopped while he was ahead. This movie shows that without the screaming, jumping around and mugging for the camera, he is nothing but a washed-up near-forty year old puppet controlled by Rupert Murdoch. None of the performances register even a tiny nanosecond blip on the radar screen of memory. Uggg! Oh, and did I mention how not funny this movie is? Ok, here goes....It's not funny! Expand

It's completely insufferable and almost deliberately unfunny.

"Employee of the Month" is a comedy movie that can be both tediously unfunny and badly directed. Can't believe I actually watched this in my English class. I'd rather study than watch this piece of crap.
