Regardless of its theme, the truth is that it wasn't so bad and that in itself is a great and pleasant surprise.
It's completely forgettable but that is a very different matter.

Great movie! Brings me to my feet everytime, but it's not for the traditional, uptight people because they would just think it was another flakey film.

Hands down one of the best movies I have seen, seriously. Great storyline and Nick Cannon really gets into this character. Drumming was unreal and story had some nice twists.

Drumline contains some good ideas, but the execution is bad. None of the situations go far enough dramatically, and none of the drumline sequences make enough of an impact on you.
