The story is interesting, but this lacks the technical polish of Flynn's Gone Girl with director David Fincher. It should be noted that she adapted her screenplay, as opposed to Dark Places, where she did not. It should be noted that she adapted her screenplay, as opposed to Dark Places, where she did not. The script suffered and the edited and inferior photography did not help. Editing feels confusing at times, but some of that would be a challenge as the story jumps around in time more than most. I was surprised to see Flynn's Gone Girl follow-up with Oscar-winner Charlize Theron attached not get more of a release, but now I know why. The film as a whole does not work.… Expand

I'm fan of the genre and I can not help it, maybe for that reason I enjoy this movie a little bit more and especially because it does not turn out to be a full disappointment, what happens is that its plot desperately neede a twist and maybeI'm fan of the genre and I can not help it, maybe for that reason I enjoy this movie a little bit more and especially because it does not turn out to be a full disappointment, what happens is that its plot desperately neede a twist and maybe a more macabre perspective in particular for the development of the murders, but the movie lacks that. He comes face to face with his own past, from which he escaped, with the person who takes it as a hobby to unravel some mysterious murders.

Even the fact that Charlize Theron is the lead role in the movie can't save the movie from being middle class. Both lack of emotion and low dose of tension. The Unforgivable movie starring Sandra Bullock with a similar theme is a few shirts better than this. But in this movie, he makes himself watch by making him curious. The difficult choice of a desperate mother is the saddest point in the movie.
