Remember-whens and on-the-nose self-insertions. Hollywood at this point is so creatively bankrupt, and yes, Smith counts as Hollywood these days. Solid acting kneecapped by mediocre writing. What a pile of ass! Can't say it wasn't expected since Kevin Smith sold out the quality of his movies has rapidly declined. **** YOU SILENT BOB" Shpuld never be allowed near any kind of production again.

Really wanted this to go well for them but it's unwatchable. The pace is slow while the jokes simply aren't funny. The pace is slow while the jokes simply aren't funny. Kevin Smith existed in a time when it was cool to make non-PC jokes and young people were first learning the joy of working **** jobs. That time is over, so innately this movie doesn't work. I don't think I laughed once as much as I hate to say it. It's nice that the most hardcore fans got some kind of wrap up but in reality, this didn't need to happen. Bunch of aging guys in their 40s trying to crack the safest dick/sex jokes possible. Long gone are the days of debating the term "porch monkey". This movie is like when your dad gets up and tries to behave like a rockstar but everyone kind of just rolls their eyes.

It's also just very boring as an idea. A movie where Jay and Silent Bob need to get some kind of life saving blunt to Snoop Dogg but they have to travel across America with Kevin Hart would be an idea. This story as a movie never really comes together into a cohesive idea about anything. They want to make a movie, they make clerks, the end. The stuff in between is very unnecessary honestly.

Look man take a page out of your own book, go back to comedy. Everyone laughs there ass off at /r/childrenfalling over because everyone understands a pie in the face. I haven't watched a decent stoner movie in decades. Please make more of that ****… Expand

This film has a lot of heart to it. Kevin Smith bookends his Clerks saga with a heartfelt ending filled with all the dirty jokes, sweet moments, and nerdy references along the way. Funny. Bittersweet. Ridiculous.
If you liked Clerks, and were a tad disappointed w/Clerks II?
Clerks III more than makes up for it. See this movie in the theater.

Surprisingly funny and heartwarming. Balanced nostalgia with character progression. Masterful character balance. I laughed, I cried, I acknowledged the respect KS, despite some bad choices, deserves. I understand that it is a personal film for him but my lord, Clerks 3 was 40 minutes too long and painfully unfunny. This along with Jay and Silent Bob Reboot are just trash.

I can’t imagine any fan of the previous Clerks movies not liking this one. Plenty of great new moments with the characters, and a refreshing amount of warmth and honesty

Me sorprendió, después de ver la última película de Jay and silent bob, pensé que Kevin Smith había tocado fondo (la película de 2019, además de ser muy progre, no fue nada buena). La verdad que mucha fe no le tenía, sobre todo por los últimos trabajos realizados por él, incluyendo Masters of the Univers Revelations.
Contrario a muchas críticas actuales, esta película, si bien no es la mejor de su repertorio se acerca mucho a las películas viejas que él hacía.
Pudo haber realizado una mejor película?, si
estuvo mal?, no
La vería de nuevo?, no, preferiría ver las primeras dos
que cambiaria? Algunos fragmentos de la historia y ciertas partes que no tienen sentido.
En términos generales está bien, no deslumbra, pero si ataca la nostalgia.
Soy el único que piensa que le está haciendo la carrera a la hija?, porque no es que la chica actué muy bien que digamos… Expand

Ну что же, я немного разочарован. Да нет, черт возьми, я сильно разочарован. Нет, не самим фильмом, а его сюжетом. И этого я ждал 16 лет?
На мой взгляд инфаркт который случился со Смитом, превратил его в параноика. Иначе зачем он отправил наНу что же, я немного разочарован. Да нет, черт возьми, я сильно разочарован. Нет, не самим фильмом, а его сюжетом. И этого я ждал 16 лет?
На мой взгляд инфаркт который случился со Смитом, превратил его в параноика. Иначе зачем он отправил на тот свет Ребекку? Зачем превратил в сердечников Рендала и Данте, а последнего в конце тоже угробил? Ну вот зачем всё это?
Была комедия про жизнь двух распездалов-неудачников, а превратилась в какую то мелодраму про потерявших всё в своей жизни, даже здоровье, зануд.
Конечно я ожидал другого и думаю не только я. Зачем надо было городить всю эту романтику в Клерках 2, если в сиквеле всё это смыли в сортир?
Да, время идет. Актёры стареют, но как мне показалось, именно женщины совсем превратились в бабок. Но как раз к этому претензий, лично у меня, нет.
Фильм неплохо снят, в отличии от того же Джея и молчаливого Боба: Перезагрузка.
В кино опять, зачем то, напихали кучу знаменитых актёров, думаю друзей Смита, которые не несут ни какой сюжетной нагрузки, как почти во всех последних фильмах режиссера.
И так резюмирую. Как по мне, не очень удачный финал одного из моих любимых фильмов. Да, да именно финал, потому что я не представляю как после всего этого могли бы выглядеть Клерки 4.… Expand

Not as good as the first two Clerks movies. At times it gets a little too meta and self-referential and dumb, but it filled me with some nostalgia and made me laugh at some scenes.
