Funny campy-superheroes B-movie.
It offers the standard "Troma packaging"...so it's full of humor, sexyness, splatter, simple fx, parody of other movies, un-PC and eighties.
Note: It's an independent film so it's not for everyone.

None of the jokes landed. This was a huge letdown after The Toxic Avenger 1. Dumb plot, dumb action, dumb violence. But I guess that’s the point? I don’t understand the appeal.
