Overall great experience and good music.

It's very evident that Travis Scott took inspiration from Kanye West's Yeezus album from 2013. The movie shows the rapid evolution of the rap or hip-hop industry as the artists are know starting toOverall great experience and good music.

It's very evident that Travis Scott took inspiration from Kanye West's Yeezus album from 2013.

The movie shows the rapid evolution of the rap or hip-hop industry as the artists are know starting to become major stars in multiple industries.

From being in commercials for trainers or sneakers to having their own brands and movies.

Travis Scott's Circus Maximus could be either a stepping stone for all artists across the world or it could be a one off experience seeing an artist (or just a rap or hip-hop artist) having their own movie.… Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This film is 1 hour and 16 minutes, comprised of 3 "Segments". Segment 1 is comprised of 4 music videos "Hyaena", "Sirens", "Echoes" & "Modern Jam". Segment 2 is a 1:1 very very brief 1:1 interview with Rick Ruben that is mixed in with the music video scenes. Segment 3 is a Live Concert Experience, where Travis Scott showcases his stage presence and sells you on the idea of how cool and awesome his actual Utopia Tour shows could be. During the Live Showcase, you also get a glimpse of who some of the guest features are on the album, including artists such as a surprise appearance by Sheck Wes, Teezo Touchdown, Bon Iver & even Yung Lean. The Camera work / Production Value of the project is actually really good, and nothing you wouldn't expect from a A23 film production. I will say, the film does it's job, which is hype up the Utopia Album and the up and coming Utopia Tour. Hardcore fans will watch it 2 or even 3 times (like me, I watched it twice and got a free T-Shirt from AMC), but the replay value won't be there after the fun is gone. - Rating 7/10
