Very well done movie ! A good sequel to a funny and scary slasher that is Child's Play. This movie is a classic !

the best movie in the franchise! my only problem i had with the first child's play was that there wasn't that much chucky, but this one...oh yeah they know it's about chucky. 10/10

Child's Play 2 is one of those films that outdo the original like the original did good with characters just a little bit of a slow film if you're not into andy or the mother characters. But this film I got to say it's crazy how good child's play 2 it has better characters than the first I like Chucky in this with the lines he said's is fantastic but it's even better in bride of Chucky the kills are pretty good too with the teacher kill was the best with the music too I really like too the only character I don't like is the adopted parents but all round a fantastic film for a sequel and better than the original I give Child's Play 2 an A+ and 99%… Expand

Just slightly better than the first only because there's more killings in this and Chucky is a lot funnier. Some of the acting was a little off.

Enjoyable Sequel
Is it as good as the first film?, No, But it’s still got very good kills, Chucky is a joy to watch, and the acting is solid.

This is when Chucky really became Chucky but what I really love most about it is that it didn't come off as just a copy of the original. Child's Play 2 had nothing new in it but like the original, it is fun to watch. You can easily enjoy this movie everytime you watch it.

Movie is simply continuation of first part and had nothing new in the story or concept. There were less shocks and scares as compared to the original. The acting was normal. The direction and editing work good. The pacing good, you might not know when the movie is over.

Overall, I will recommend it to everyone. This is a horror genre movie but non- horror can also easily enjoy this movie.… Expand

This is so average compared to the first and fourth movie (and even the fifth). If this was the first in the series then there would be no series, just this one. Basically a copy of the first, just lacking some of the charm and wit. Tough off screen sendoff from the Mom from the first one.
