Definitely worth watching. There are few 'scary' parts and the film's real worth is in the emotional heart tugging that occurs when 'carriers' are left behind to die. Great performances by Chris Pine and Piper Perabo.

Emotionally moving yet depressing. great acting. Effective filming and penetrating mood. poor, predictable climax. basic zombie movie w/out zombies.

This a very ockward movie, it has really good moments. that are scary as hell and the actors are pretty nice as well. But then you start asking yourself. Where the hell did this disease come from? Still it´s a good movie.

Terrifyingly sad. However, realistic in its portrayal of such an apocalyptic pandemic. Acting was believable and not to strained. However, more information on the specifics of the virus, the state of the world at the time of the Terrifyingly sad. However, realistic in its portrayal of such an apocalyptic pandemic. Ending left too much to the imagination, another half an hour depicting those who survive would have made this movie horribly amazing.… Expand

Really impressing movie.Chris Pine is absolutely brilliant in his role of the bad ass brother.The movie is pretty slow and there is not a lot of action.But it is entertaining.
