A simple genre exercise with a few flourishes. It never becomes all that engaging and at times seems to be actively trying to lose the audience's interest. I'm not getting this Mickey Keating guy. He does one or two things in a pretty neatly unique way and then the rest is just an absolute mess.… Expand

For about the first thirty minutes you may have an impression, watching (at last!) something good - not quite original, but something tense, gory and intriguing... Then you begin doubting it... Then you know, you were wrong. The last ten minutes are probably the worst shots in the cinema ever made - just imagine a dark screen with smallest variations... Monotonous, dull, predictable, not imaginative; to the end, it spoils everything good it had at the start. Not worth to be seen.… Expand
