How this film got past the critics is beyond me! Just by bringing attention to such an important and serious issue makes it one of the most interesting films i've seen! I had no idea about it and even though it has some shortcomings on scriptHow this film got past the critics is beyond me! I hated this movie. It's overly long, overly melodramatic, overly flashy, and overstays its welcome. It's also surprisingly lazy. It's a chore to watch, but I did appreciate the themes the script presented. There are many films out there thatI hated this movie.
