The tensions that existed between both groups was too palpable and although the events occurred in 1997 its theme without a doubt remains relevant to the climate of social division that currently exists in the United States.

The interesting thing about this movie is that despite the fact that the weight of the story falls on the punk group because the victim ended up being one of them, the film never tries to demonize any of the two extremes but it makes clear that the situation will always have the typical hothead who will always be ready to light up the fuse of violence and the filmmaker makes it clear for both ends.

Bomb City is a better movie than it would seem in the first instance, it's very well developed, it's true it loses rhythm in some points and the characters don't have an advance completely channeled but the film remains good, it doesn't lose sight of its focus, the last minutes are really emotionally charged and they hit you and they make you think about it and in the end this movie ends up being a good experience about which you will have an excellent post-movie talk.

These young people, especially the anarchists, are of a ridiculous and embarrassing naivety when they believe to be against the system while on the contrary they are subject to one of the oldest principles of power management: "divide et impera", "divide and rule". And the choice of songs for the soundtrack is certainly not of a better quality.
