This movie was pretty horrendous.. I'm a huge sci-fi guy and I really tried to enjoy it but.. oh god. I'm really actually staggered that this movie has as high a rating as it does.

I tried to like it, but it just wasn't enjoyable for me. I usually love Sci-Fi films, including B movie lower budget films, but its just so utterly dumb. Pea-shooter guns vs enormous aliens, facepalm alien fistfights, corny dialogue, peopleI tried to like it, but it just wasn't enjoyable for me. Sure the first one wasn't glorious at all. But at least it was correctly directed and with a decent budget. This follow up is just your typical poor direct to video sequel. Frank Grillo is correct as the lead but except that all is barelySure the first one wasn't glorious at all. But at least it was correctly directed and with a decent budget. Special effects are ridiculous, directing is ineffective and the story is just a joke. If you didn't liked the first Skyline you will probably hate the sequel.… Expand
